One of my favorite things in life is the opportunity to grow and learn through traveling! I have traveled to 15 different countries and had the privilege of living in the Middle East for two years. During my time in the Middle East, I learned a great deal about the culture, made lifelong friends, and became partially fluent in the Levantine dialect of Arabic. While I am not currently able to offer sessions fully in Arabic, this is a goal that I am currently working towards.

When I’m not traveling, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, friends, and my Chocolate Labrador Retriever. I am a major foodie and a fan of local and international cuisine! Outside of therapy, you might find me taking my dog to the park or exploring local restaurants and shops.

I am currently in-network with HealthChoice insurance. When booking please make sure to mention this to our Admin. If I don’t accept your insurance but you would like to book a session with me, I am able to provide superbills upon request that can be filed with your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Starting therapy can feel stressful and overwhelming. It can be hard to open up to someone that you don’t know. Life can take many unexpected turns and we need a space to process life’s challenges.

I utilize an individualistic approach that focuses on using evidenced-based and goal-oriented treatment. I have a great passion for guiding individuals towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

In my counseling practice, I firmly believe that each person's experience is unique, and I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. My approach to therapy is collaborative, as I work hand-in-hand with my clients to understand their goals, strengths, and challenges.

I am in-network with HealthChoice. For all other insurances, we have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions post-deductible, instead of paying our full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions. During our intake process, we can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.
